just a few thoughts abt friendship... hahaaa...
**friendship blossoms when the parties go through a tough time together, hand in hand.**
really wanna commend diya & carrie's friendship throughout this project superstar competition, as the chinese saying goes "you yi di yi, bi sai di er" this 2 ladies really display a true friendship among them! remarkable! i mean like they really and truly support each other although they're supposed competitors. 3 cheers to those 2 champions! jia you diya in the grand finals! gal and ntu power! hahaas...
for me, one of the best things (besides my boy & my hallmates) that happen in my university life is the 2 gal friends i made during my PA. it was really a blessing in disguise. 1stly, it was phase 3, then the lousy company, lousy colleagues BUT golden friendship! i truly truly cherish that ong and fan gal! hahaaa... this PA has taught me alot, we went through all the hardship together while most of our friends are bumming ard in their offices. we went out of that office alive, together as one, our ya sisters! and the bonus came when 2 of us got on the PA dean's list! remarkable! hahaaa... sounds stupid but i mean for a person like me who sux at my results, being on some dean's list is something commendable huh.... hahahaa.... but nothing fantastic, its just another cert but i guess its something to be proud of? and there's monetary bonus too, when boss gave us extra $ for "our shopping pleasure"!
besides the 2 lovely gals, my hall mates are the one who's been through thick and thin together, the ones who are always there for me, the ones who jio me for dinner, the ones who went through my exciting hall life with me. especially the double chens - my roomie ah chen, my coursemate freddie chen. the 3 of us, been through classes together, the agony of projects, the agony of weird grp mates (fred can totally tolerate those cos his friends are weird! muahaha), the agony of the stupid subject reg, the times when we had to drag a whole trolley of books to the exam hall, the times where we dressed up for our presentations, all those times, i'll nv forget! thanks my 2 nbs mates & the rest of them lovelies!
and who says mj is all harmful?! hahaa... through mj, a new friendship surfaced & i think we've enjoyed one another's company & disturbing one another with 'babies' and with our crazy antics... hahaha!!! it all brings down to fun, fun and more fun! rite fifi? thanks for always acceding to our invitation to disturb u and ur boy! hahaaa... hope we'll have alot more fun in time to come!
another kind of friendship is the ones u take for granted when life's gg on too smoothly & fine... havent been in contact with my jc girlies cos suz dear is working in far away shanghai, xtina is ermmm busy building architecture while pei is indulge in ermmm her sporting life... really hope this friendship doesnt die off in the midst of our busy life... rock on gals! jez, ling and er too, hope we do meet up more occassionally! and also to many others whom i have not met in recent months, my pri sch mates, hope to catch up with u guys & gals sooooon!
just like friendship, a relationship blossoms when one goes through a tough time with the other 1/2. when life is too smooth sailing, we tend to take each other for granted. i must say we've mature a great load, dear! after being through so much with me, our love for each other has really blossom over the puppy love phase. the times we took care of each other, the times we cook together, clean the room, buy food for each other, the times u fetch me to and fro school, the times u pick me up at JP when i get back late, the times we had our nv ending quarrels, the times we couldnt agree with each other, the times we go out for our sweet dates, the times we devour at the buffet tables, the times when u forced me to exercise for my own good, the times u always scold and nag at me while i drive, the advices we give to each other, the things we share etc etc etc. there's really so much more to a relationship. thanks deardear chan for giving me this experience of life =)
thats my 2 cents worth of thoughts... cherish ur friends, cherish life!!! smile =)

dun be disheartened goldies (as wat they call themselves)! u sure have our support all the way! 3 cheers!!! catch them at the premier of The Dance Floor this sunday!on another note, im really disgusted with my subject registration chore this sem... it totally shows that NTU doesnt give final year students any priority at all, they just want to curse us to stay another sem just becos of stupid GEs and pay them sch fees! faints. i've added/dropped my GEs 3 times, and on top of tht, i had to deal with this weird electricity module, PLS LET ME PASS! i can do it! projects starting to come in already... working with 2 exchange students this sem, hope it'll be fun exchanging information about our cultures, then i'll have less problems when i go over to NJ! heee...stomach ache day. sigh.
